Garry is of the mind that no one healthcare profession or model has it all.  As a complementary and alternative healthcare practitioner, Garry’s focus is orientated towards an integrated approach (musculoskeletal, naturopathy/herbal, mental/emotional), which he believes achieves best practice and patient health outcomes.  As part of an integrative approach, he also provides healthcare and well-being advice in the form of self-care procedures, biomechanical counselling, Pilates rehabilitation/exercises and healthier lifestyle choices.

Garry has worked in the complementary and alternative medicine field for over twenty-five years.  His journey began when he studied to be a chiropractor.  With a keen interest in furthering his knowledge and understanding, he then went on to train as an osteopath, becoming one of only a small number of practitioners in the United Kingdom to hold both chiropractic and osteopathic degrees.  In addition, he has gained a diverse set of inter-related qualifications that includes acupuncture, herbal medicine, naturopathy and Pilates rehabilitation, which have enabled him to support patients with a diverse range of functional health and lifestyle disorders.
